Caboolture Historical Village National 48hr & State 24hr Run/ Walk Event 29th – 31st July 2011 entries open

Entries are now open for this major event. Here’s the entry form so get yours in quickly!

  • This event is sanctioned by AURA & holds an IAU label.
  • The 48hr run/walk event starts at 9am Friday 29th July.
  • The State 24hr run/walk event starts at 9am Sat 30th July.
  • Other event include 12hr, 6hr, 3hr, 1.5hr & Relays.
  • All events conclude at 9am Sunday 31st July.
  • Meals provided to all competitors except relays, 3hr & 1.5hr competitors.
  • Everyone welcome

    Thank you Goeff and all other persons involved in having the event.I had a great time as I think most others did. To the David and Martin(48) you are a class above us but I was honoured to have run/walk beside you both.To the other competitors, it was great to see everyone encouraging each other,thanks. Hope no one was offended at my early departure, as I had reached my goal and myself and my crew (wife,2 girls,Blakey and Rick) where totally dusted. Recovered really well (surprisingly) but a 6am/ 9hr day laying bricks on Monday hurt. Thanks again Geoff.

    Great having you there Brad, thanks for supporting the event. Hope your recovery is rapid & you return again.
    I totally understand you leaving when you did, the family & work comes first ( well to most of us)

    See you again next year, the team will be back to this time try harder in the 24 hr, and I will be back to do the 48 hr again. I’ll be in touch. Thanks for a great event, we all had a great time.
